Preheat the oven to 500 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the meatballs. Mix with your hands and then shape into 15-20 meatballs, depending on desired size. Place meatballs on a baking sheet. Place in the oven for about 10 minutes, until just cooked through.
To serve, transfer to a serving dish. Top with our pomegranate tahini.
